On my opinion this is the most clear and direct way of showing to the school community the connection that I am creating with the students, making their progress to be clear to everyone. This idea is just possible because this school is full of talented students.
On the first class I will ask to the students to make a small presentation of themselves and some small conversation to make them to start to be comfortable with the exposition and the pressure that they will feel in front of the microphone
